Program evaluation, based in theory is pretty standard. But frundraising evaluations are starting to take on new edges. It has always been about value given, and it still in. However how to qualify that value is new and exciting.
An e-mail campaign in which 200 people respond with a one time gift is great. value and easy to quantify.
An e-mail campaign in which 200 people respond with a link on there personal or business website, a little more difficult to quantify, but still really important.
200 new links could change adjust your charity ranking in search engines from 25 to top 3 if completed correctly. This could help you locate 2000 new donors in one year.
